In this track we will look into some of the major developments in technologies on the Java platform this past year. Being so pervasive, Java also finds it's way into many of the other tracks at JAOO, Here we will cover some recent developments that didn't fit elsewhere. Even though Java has more than 10 years of history, progress continues. Some of the more interesting developments in Java-related technologies are that JRuby is finally reaching a stage where it is useful and lots of things are happening with Spring and OSGi.
