 Agile Software Development

Agile software development techniques have taken the development community by storm. XP leads the way with its dogmatic 12 practices, and through the last several years many projects have used agile techniques. Some have argued that agile processes are not appropriate for large projects. And indeed, most of the success stories that have been reported are for small, non-critical projects. In this focus track we will look into a wider spectrum of agile techniques including Scrum, Feature Driven Development, and DSDM and how they extend and adapt the practices of XP to deliver scalable, agile process frameworks.
