working for OFFIS in Oldenburg, Germany. Since 1999,
he has focused on software development with extreme
programming (XP), and has given numerous talks and
tutorials on XP topics. Tammo is one of the coaches
and organizers of the "XPeditionstraining", an
XP training course in Germany.
