Presentation: Global multimedia wireless connection, a dream? The development of new Internet applications within the last 1-2 years has proven that the need for more bandwidth will increase continuously. The big problem is the use of Internet applications on a wireless network with its inherent lack of bandwidth. Forecasts expect an explosion in the use of sensors and other measuring devices connected directly to the Internet both by normal telephone lines or wireless.
