What makes good development teams great is continuous improvement. To understand what works well and what might need improvement the team requires quality feedback on all activities and artefacts of the development life-cycle. This track features two talks that look at feedback from almost opposing ends of the spectrum. One talk is very much focussed on people and their interactions whereas the second talk concentrates on the actual code.
