Ivan Moore, Team Optimization Limited

Ivan Moore has been programming for over 20 years and yet he still regularly makes mistakes. That's why he's interested in test driven development, refactoring, iterative and incremental development, continuous integration, and drinking tea. He has a PhD in automated refactoring (1996), and has presented papers, tutorials and workshops at numerous international conferences, such as OOPSLA, XP, XPDay, ACCU, TOOLS and ECOOP. He works for Team Optimization as a project manager, coach, developer and tea boy, helping teams to "get agile".
