Tod Liebeck, NextApp, Inc.

Tod Liebeck is the lead developer of the Echo2 Web Framework. He has been developing web-based solutions since 1995. In 2001, he founded NextApp, with the goal of building an open-source framework, Echo, to enable the construction of web user interfaces without JavaScript or HTML programming. In 2004, he began developing a second iteration of the platform (Echo2) using the technologies now designated "AJAX".
