William Soo, Voca

William Soo is Head of Architecture & CTO at Voca. William is responsible for driving the technology vision, architecture, design and development of new generation of payments services for banks and corporates. William was instrumental in the architecture and development of the new UK Payments Platform; he is also playing a key role in delivering real time payment processing within the UK.

Prior to joining Voca, William held various senior technical leadership roles in UK and Asia Pacific for EDS. As a senior member of the EDS Operations team, William led technical teams in delivering several high profile projects. William has 15 years experience in IT systems integration, and has full project and development lifecycle experience with domestic and International exposure.

He has a proven track record of delivering mission critical enterprises systems, and has successfully managed enterprise projects in the Banking, Airlines, Central Government, and E-business arena.
