Mark McNeill

Marc is an interaction designer with a PhD. in Human Factors and over ten year's experience of user centered design, usability and customer experience consultancy. Marc works with project teams to help them create compelling customer experiences that fulfill consumer goals and align to key business drivers. He specializes in the bringing together different project stakeholders, building consensus through the use of rapid visual paper-prototyping prototyping techniques. He has worked in financial, retail, government and entertainment sectors, crafting compelling customer experiences to reflect different user needs and requirements.
