At WebGain Bo engages with partners and end users to reduce time to market for J2EE enterprise applications. Previously Bo worked at Microsoft UK as a Business Manager, Productivity Applications, where he worked with partners and enterprise customers to drive usage of Microsoft applications to improve productivity in the office environment. His role also involved evangelising about improving communications through visual documentation. Prior to Microsoft Bo was employed by Axcess.com, E-Service Solutions, delivering tailor built online automated customer service solutions for the eCommerce sites. Working directly with customers to identify their customer service requirements.
