Joshua Bloch, Sun Microsystems

Joshua Bloch is a Senior Staff Engineer at Sun Microsystems where he led the design and implementation of numerous Java platform features including the award-winning Java Collections Framework. He is the author of the bestselling, Jolt Award-winning "Effective Java Programming Language Guide." He holds a Ph.D. from Carnegie-Mellon University and a B.S. from Columbia.
