Hans Peter Jepsen, Danfoss

Danfoss Drives has recently released their first product developed with OO-methods and implemented in C++. Hans Peter Jepsen will give a report on experiences from the development of this product. Among his statements are, that design patterns are of great value also in the embedded domain, and that mixing OO C++-code and procedural C-code is a viable way to introduce OO. The impacts of the constrained ressources will also be reported.
