Dragos Manolescu, ThoughtWorks

Dragos Manolescu is a Software Architect in the Patterns and Practices group at Microsoft. He has been involved with software since before the days of curly braces and has worked at research institutes (CNET, IMEC, IMAG, NCSA), in product development, for professional services companies, and in academia. He co-authored Integration Patterns (Microsoft Press, 2004) and was the lead editor of Pattern Languages of Program Design, Volume 5 (Pearson Education, 2006). Prior to joining Microsoft he developed and led ThoughtWorks' Architecture Evaluation practice, assisting Global 1000 companies with the evaluation and design of software architectures.
