Mark is a Senior Systems Scientist at the Institute for Software Research International in the School of Computer Science at Carnegie Mellon University. Mark is currently working on topics related to the eSourcing Capability Model for Service Providers (eSCM-SP) and IT-enabled services. Mark's current research interests center on high maturity practices, statistical control for software processes, and agile methods.
