Tools have the power of making working with Ruby and Rails more productive than it already is. The talk will mention a set of software tools used by Ruby/Rails developers such as Rake, Rcov, Autotest, Continuous Integration, Capistrano, Subversion, and other tools.

The speaker will convey that developers should take the time to learn those tools and benefit from the work of other open source developers.
