This track includes presentations of what people do and why they do it. Most of them have good arguments. Judge for yourself!

In this track we find patterns that can help us build a beautiful company. They are presented by Linda Rising and Daniel May.

This year we also have agility on the conference. It will begin with Bo Leuf and his talk on: "Wiki and Agile Security Methods and be followed by "Jutta Eckstein & Nicolai Josuttis with their joint talk:"Agile Principles under a Large Magnifier", and Sander Hoogendoorn: "Everyday best practices from agile projects".

This year we have some well-known names on the track. The pragmatic programmers: Andy Hunt & Dave Thomas , Kent Beck and Ward Cunningham, who, among other things introduced the concept of patterns in software, Martin Fowler who has given us analysis patterns, refactoring and much more, and Hays W. "Skip" McCormick, who thrives on anti patterns. We know from experience that it will be both learning and entertaining.

Annette Ibsen will tell us about her experience as a developer, teacher, and consultant with RUP in the Danish IT companies. Jan Schoubo explains tool mimicry in the OO world.
