JAOO 2000 conference: Information on The Exhibition

Now for the 4th year we are in the air again. The congress center in Aarhus is the setting of JAOO 2000. This year JAOO is even bigger with so far 27 speakers and 500 invited attendees. The exhibition will be located just in front of the conference hall in a huge, bright foyer which allows a maximum of 20 exhibition stands. For providing exhibition places the First-Come-First-Served principle will apply. During the breaks all conference attendees have a chance of taking a coffee and walking through the established set of exhibition stands. As exhibitor this is a great opportunity to improve your contacts. Exhibitors have a possibility to give a lecture in the Business hall. Here focus is on key technology and other subjects of current interest for the conference attendees. An exhibition booth is 3 x 3 meters. It's up to each and every exhibitor to bring a booth yourself or to rent one from our supplier of booths, Scanex, with whom we have made an advantageous arrangement to our exhibitors. As sponsor at JAOO 2000 your logo will off course be seen at JAOO's webside www.jaoo.org and in other material to the conference attendees. In addition exhibitors are allowed to include a company brochure and leaflet in the Conference Kit which is distributed to all conference attendees. Please check the conditions for Silversponsor.
