Project Manager Peter Johansson, Telenor, Sweden
Peter Johansson has 12 years of experience of software development, mainly from the telecom industry at companies like Ericsson, Vodafone, and currently Telenor. At present he is leading several activities to increase the efficiency of the company's software processes, and have in the recent period introduced Agile Methodology. Peter's driving forces in his work is a desire for change and an aversion for waste in any of its forms. |

Abstract: The presentation will cover how Scrum has been gradually implemented
in pilot projects. The overall goals when implementing Scrum has been
to shorten time to market, to improve the flow and to increase the
delivery of value to the customer. Questions to be addressed by the
pilot projects will be described as well as the results and
consequences of implementing Scrum.
