Abstract:

In this presentation we will tell the story of how we introduced Scrum at Bang & Olufsen. We will focus on:

The visibility we get using Scrum.
The changes it has made for the developers.
The challenges it gives the organisation.
The positive results we have had from using Scrum in sourcing.

We will use stories from a number of different projects to make our points. The projects include all stages in development, from the first idea to production, and different kinds of project setups, colocated teams, distributed teams, and sourcing teams.
