Abstract: The presentation will cover how Scrum has been gradually implemented
in pilot projects. The overall goals when implementing Scrum has been
to shorten time to market, to improve the flow and to increase the
delivery of value to the customer. Questions to be addressed by the
pilot projects will be described as well as the results and
consequences of implementing Scrum.

Project Manager Peter Johansson, Telenor, SwedenPeter Johansson has 12 years of experience of software development, mainly from the telecom industry at companies like Ericsson, Vodafone, and currently Telenor. At present he is leading several activities to increase the efficiency of the company's software processes, and have in the recent period introduced Agile Methodology. Peter's driving forces in his work is a desire for change and an aversion for waste in any of its forms. Arne Ahlander, Senior Consultant, Softhouse ConsultingArne Åhlander has 13 years of experience from the software industry, to a great part in the area of product management where he have held several senior positions. In recent years he has worked as a Senior Consultant at Softhouse, where he is using Agile and Lean methodologies to improve product development and management for several larger software organizations. Arne is Certified Scrum Master Practitioner and was one of Sweden's first Certified Scrum Product Owners. |
