Presentation: "Heartbeat Retrospectives"
Time: Tuesday 16:55 - 17:55
Location: Conference Hall 2
Agile development focuses on continuous improvement. All agile development methodologies implement a sort of the Deming Cycle and follow lean principles. A keystone of lean processes is the review of the current practices. High performance agile development teams continuously improve their methods and tools, the way they communicate and the way they perform their work by using a clear process: a retrospective.
This short presentation - and the subsequent discussion - will give Scrum Masters, Team Leads and Project Managers a simple process for running a retrospective. It will provide a framework you can put immediately into practice. When you follow the facilitation guidelines of the Six Step Framework, you can rely on a well proven way to a successful agile retrospective session.
