Rajeev Dayal, Google

/QConSF2007/speaker_photos/rajeev_dayal.jpg

Rajeev Dayal is a Google software engineer on the Google Web Toolkit (GWT) team. His primary focus is the GWT user interface library, which involves both fun stuff (building cool widgets) and not-so-fun stuff (doing battle with an endless list of browser quirks).

Prior to Google, Rajeev was a software engineer at AutoTrader.com, where he introduced the organization to AJAX and pioneered its use in their consumer site. It was there that Rajeev first spent countless hours coaxing the back button to do what he wanted, muttering to himself that there must be a better way...

Rajeev holds Bachelors and Masters degrees in Computer Science from the University of Waterloo and Georgia Tech.
