 Improve Your Projects

JAOO 2004 introduced a track on CMMI vs. Agility that looked at different models for improving the software development process. This year the track will look at the art of making the right guess or calculation on the resources necessary to complete a project. Techniques like the Cosmic Full Function Points method, COCOMO II, and the ISBSG tools and repository. There will also be an "Estimation for Dummies" session with simple techniques for estimating.
