Scripting And Dynamics

When programming with dynamic languages, there is something that just "feels right". Why is that? Often there is less code, and what's there doesn't look so complicated. At the same time it comes with some loss of control, as compared to traditional strongly-typed general purpose languages like C++, Java and C#. In this track we'll explore this tension field, and specifically look into why dynamic languages are on the rise in large enterprise systems. The track also includes introductions to the most significant dynamic languages, and experience reports from major enterprise players.
