Ruby is new to most programmers, but many of us have been using it for years. Rails really is new, but has matured quickly in use on real-world projects. In this track we focus on real projects, success stories where Ruby (sometimes with Rails) has made a big difference. Topics include domain-specific languages, achieving high productivity without sacrificing good design, and how Ruby fits on an agile team.
