Presentation: "iPhone Intelligence: Everything you need to know about launching an iPhone app"

Time: Wednesday 14:45 - 15:45

Location: Lille Sal

Abstract: iPhone development is a rapidly growing field, with tens of thousands of apps able to run on tens of millions of devices. While coding is perhaps the bulk of the work, it is by no means the only effort required to successfully launch an iPhone application. User experience, design, testing, marketing, and customer service are all critical aspects of the iPhone application development process. In this session, you will learn about the process of launching an iPhone application, focused on all the steps outside of the actual coding effort itself. This talk includes such topics as Apple's submission process, best practices in app marketing, design tips, and user participation.
