Social EventsDuring the conference week you have the opportunity to join social events and explore more of Aarhus in company with other conference participants. Monday: Conference PartyOn Monday night all participants and speakers are invited to a conference dinner with food, bar and entertainment. This is quite a popular party! Register for this social event Monday morning when you receive your conference badge. The party is free of charge for conference participants (drinks are not included). Tuesday: Bowerman JAOO IT-Run and ARoS Art MuseumOn Tuesday evening the Bowerman JAOO IT-Run takes place for the third year. We hope to see a lot of JAOO participants running a Danish mile (7.53 kilometers). Register for this social event when you register for the conference as well. The Bowerman JAOO IT-Run is free of charge for conference participants. All JAOO participants are invited to the new Art Museum, ARoS, Tuesday night at 7 p.m. right after the IT-Run. The museum is situated right next to the conference and IT-Run area. The city of Aaarhus welcomes the participants with a minor refreshment. It is not nescessary to register for this social event.

Wednesday: Roast'n'BowlWednesday evening you have the opportunity to dine, bowl and mingle with other JAOO participants at our "Roast'n'bowl" evening. We made reservations for JAOO participants in "Århus Bowlinghal", right next to the conference hall. Nice food and beers are served and afterwards you can show the other JAOO participants your bowling skills. Register for this social event when you register for the conference as well.
