EOS

The organizers, EOS (a Danish software house) choose a program committee which select and invite most of the speakers.

Since EOS are independent of commercial partners members of the program committee are free to choose whom they like to invite. This independency allows us to attract great speakers and make a conference that we as developers would like to attend ourselves. That's the basic philosophy.
