Ivan Aaen is an associate professor of computer science at Aalborg University, Denmark. His interests include software engineering and information systems. For almost a decade he has been engaged in research projects on Software Process Improvement. His current research focus on organizational aspects regarding SPI, traditional software engineering, and agile approaches.
