Kulvinder is responsible for Quest Software's Product marketing activities for the 'application monitoring and J2EE' group of products, including strategies and positioning for the EMEA region. In Kulvinder's previous role at Quest, European Practice Manager, he was responsible for managing the consulting staff and best practices across Europe.
Prior to working at Quest Software, Kulvinder held various technical roles including Technical Consultant at Cap Gemini and Technical Support Manager at Nottingham City Hospital.
Kulvinder holds an HND in Computer Science from De Montfort University.

The presentation will focus on the importance on early detection of problems and how the Quest products will allow application administrators and developers to diagnose and resolve these issues.
