John Daniels is a Product Architect working with Sterling Software's UK Laboratories in London. John is one of the lead architects behind Sterling Software's new EJB implementation tool named COOL:Joe, and has worked extensively with EJB technology since its inception.
Enterprise JavaBeans (EJB) promises to become the de facto standard for developing scalable, robust and component-based Java applications. In this presentation, John Daniels will explain the approach to model-based and component-based development of EJB applications taken by Sterling Software. The session will look at how to architect systems based on EJB and how to specify EJB components.
