The party will be held at VoxHall, Vester Allé
15, 8000 Aarhus C, monday the 20th september 1999, the
newest and hottest music place in Aarhus. It's just round the corner
from JAOO, here's a map.
Leave Scandinavian Congress Center by the west exit and walk up "Marstrandsgade",
it's less than 500m.
18:30-19:00 | The doors are open, please bring you ID from JAOO. Otherwise you'll only be able to watch others walk in :-) |
19:00-21:00 | The famous Chili-John of Aarhus, have prepared a special menu for you, inspired by - of course - Java (the island) |
21:00-22:00 | International entertainment, hold on to your wallets, glasses and... Well, just hold on |
22:00-01:30 | The bigband "Keep the change", playes some hot'n'sweet music. |
01:30-02:00 | The party ends, last round in the bar at 1:45 |
Except for the doors being closed at 19:00 and people are kicked out at 2:00 - all hours on the program can be ajusted, according to mood, food or acts of god.
For PhD students the price for the party is DKK 300,-
Beer and soda is free (included in the price, if you like). If you
want wine or maybe later longdrinks, with umbrellas and firecrackers,
the good people at the bar will be more than happy to receive good
danish cash for it.
